PAYMENT METHODS

1. To pay ONLINE WITH CARD, fill in the registration form by clicking the “REGISTER HERE” button above.

2. For payment by BANK TRANSFER, fill in the registration form by clicking the “REGISTER HERE” button above. After submitting your data you will receive instructions about how to finalize the payment through bank transfer. Your registration will be completed after you send a proof of payment to registrations@microbiometolife2026.com

3. For payment by SPONSORSHIP, or groups of more than 10 participants, please send a request to the e-mail address registrations@microbiometolife2026.com

*Nutritionist/ Nurse/ Midwife and Student/ Trainee/ Fellow – In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.

Payment of registration fees must be made in EUR after completing the registration process. You may choose one of the following methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express
Bank Transfer: Additional EUR 30 handling fee is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be emailed to registrations@microbiometolife2026.com prior to the below deadlines. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:

Cancellations received until and including 18th  November 2025– full refund. 

Cancellations received between 19th  November 2025 – 19th  January 2026 – 50% will be refunded.

As of 20th  January 2026 – no refund will be made.

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer handling fee (30 EUR) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
